Your profile

  • You have a secretarial background (Graduat, BTS, Licence LEA);
  • You have up to 5 years experience in an administrative position;
  • You are fluent in English, French and German. Knowledge of Luxembourgish or other languages is an advantage;
  • Strong organisational skills
  • You have the ability to organise, analyse and summarise, and are able to take initiatives;
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc.);
