For one of our clients active in the Human Resources sector, we are looking for a Business Developer.

As a Business Developer, you will be responsible for actively prospecting large companies (+200 employees) in the Brussels & Wallonia region. The main objective is to position our company as the preferred HR service provider for these companies, to develop a strong relationship and to reach the commercial objectives.

What do we expect from you?
  • Identify and approach potential clients through phone calls and visits.
  • Visit prospects to identify their needs. Based on this analysis, you will be able to propose different options.
  • Make competitive proposals, ensure the necessary follow-up and negotiate and conclude contracts.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the people within the company who will provide the services after the sale.
  • Identify market trends and/or needs and provide these to our marketing department as input to marketing planning, product development, etc.

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • You can demonstrate 3 years of commercial experience in a service sector, preferably in HR/IT;
  • You are familiar with the principles of solution selling
  • You have an excellent knowledge of French with a good knowledge of Dutch, English is a plus.
  • You can easily establish relationships with prospects.
  • You are a team player and work well with colleagues from the same department or other departments in the company.
