Customer Coach Investment Banking

For our client, active as an online investment bank in full expansion, we are looking for a customer coach. You will join a young and dynamic team in the centre of Antwerp, at walking distance of the Meir.

Description

  • You will be the contact person for our customers
  • Initially, you will be able to answer mainly administrative-technical questions
  • After some time you will be able to offer more challenging support in the area of financial products (stocks, funds, trackers, turbo's ...)
  • You will help customers log on, change data, place orders on the stock exchange
  • You will answer customer questions about how charts work or other questions about the platform
  • You will explain the products and services

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in an economic field.
  • You speak perfect Dutch, and you are also fluent in French
  • You are customer friendly and eager to learn
  • You have strong communication skills
  • You always put the interests of the customer first and answer their questions with a smile
  • You can work meticulously and you have the discipline to follow the procedures you are taught
  • Our client also likes people with an honest and proactive attitude
  • The workload can vary greatly, so our client expects a certain resistance to stress
