Administrative Employee

One of the world's largest credit insurers is urgently looking for an administrative assistant to strengthen their team.


You will report to the Country Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg and your main tasks will be:
  • Administrative management of client files; drafting documents; editing contracts, issuing and releasing guarantees
  • Liaise with clients, partners and prospects within the framework of the daily management of the Bonding Department
  • More generally, ensuring the smooth running of assignments entrusted to you by your manager

Your profile

  • You are in possession of at least a Bachelor degree, or equivalent through experience
  • You have experience in administrative management, accounting and finance in a company
  • You are available immediately
  • You speak excellent Dutch, a very good knowledge of English and French is a plus
