The Service center is at the service of customers for answering questions that
related to mortgage files:
  • Together with your colleagues in the Service Center, you answer telephone calls from consumers, intermediaries, notaries and bailiffs;
  • You look for solutions for customers;
  • In addition, you also perform a number of diary tasks for the Service Center itself, but also for other services;
  • You are part of a dynamic team that supports each other through thick and thin.

Your profile

  • As Young Potential you are (almost) in possession of a (bachelor)degree and you are ready to start or further develop your career in the financial sector;
  • You are bilingual: Dutch and French;
  • You are eager to learn;
  • You are customer oriented;
  • You are not afraid of the telephone;
  • You dare to bring in ideas.
