For our client, an international insurance company located in east Brussels, we are searching an HR Assistant Half-time (80%).
Your role:
  • Compensation and benefits: You provide all payroll elements monthly to the external payroll provider, administer employee benefits (pension, company cars, life insurance,representation allowance, parental leave...), Calculate annual bonus, manage absences, prepare staff costs budget...
  • Recruitment and exit: You coordinate and follow-up pre-employment screening and give feedbacks to external provider, produce and manage contract of employment and attachments...
  • Legal and compliance: You update working regulations and policies
  • Training and development: You manage training overview
  • Safety and prevention: you support teambuilding activities, annual events, end of the year drink...

Your profile

You have:
  • A bachelor's degree
  • Minimum one year of relevant experience in HR Administration. An experience in payroll and benefits is important.
  • A very good knowledge of Dutch, with a good knowledge of French and English.
  • You are service-oriented and enthusiastic.
