One of our clients, a law firm situated in Brussels, is looking for a Management Assistant.

As their new colleague, you will be ultimately responsible for the administrative and organizational support of the office;
  • monitoring the to-do list of the lawyers and the procedural calendar;
  • drafting of documents, revision and translation of texts, preparation of document bundles ;
  • organizing business trips, co-organizing events ;
  • Following up and processing correspondence;
  • keeping the archives and the electronic filing system up to date;
  • General administrative tasks.

Your profile

  • You have a bachelor degree or equivalent through experience (preferably in a law firm);
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, French and English;
  • You have a very good knowledge of MS Office;
  • You have good organisational and planning skills, you have an eye for detail and you are precise;
  • You have the necessary maturity to take on final responsibility;
  • You like to work in a team, but you are also very independent;
  • You are proactive, dynamic and know how to roll up your sleeves;
  • You are fluent and communicative, but also very discrete and reliable;
  • You are stress resistant and you can be flexible.
