One of our client, a well-known law firm is currently looking for HR Assistant to join their team. You will be working in a challenging and an international environment where you will develop your skills. The company is currently searching for an experienced.
  • General HR expertise including labor law, performance and change management
  • Participating to projects and cover the HR part
  • Organize and maintain personnel records
  • Update internal databases
  • Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
  • Revise company policies
  • Liaise with external partners
  • Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics
  • Answer employees queries about HR-related issues
  • Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information
  • Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms
  • Improve the HR activities inside the company

Your profile

  • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position as an HR Generalist and Administrative Officer
  • Perfect command on labor law and HR regulations
  • Excellent communication skills to be able to be the point of contact of several persons
  • Bilingual in English any other language is a plus
  • Decision making skills on sensitive situations
  • Good team spirit, proactive, rigorous and tidy
  • Good command of MS Office

Offer

Working in a successful and established company in Luxembourg – maternity leave replacement.
