DescriptionAs administrator you divide your time between telephone contacts and managing files according to the daily needs. An optimal service is a priority. You are the first point of contact for questions related to non-life insurance products from a claims perspective.
- You deal with questions from customers and offices in a customer-oriented way;
- You speak to customers and agents by telephone and advise them in a correct and qualitative manner on their questions about the claim management;
- You perform the necessary management actions in response to telephone calls;
- You proactively help manage the claims files of our customers.
- You have a bachelor degree in insurance or equivalent through experience. A certain experience in the management of non-life claims or in a customer service department is an asset but not a must;
- You have a good knowledge of French, Dutch and English;
- Customer focus is your second nature. You are all ears for the story and the needs of your customer and you are able to understand the customer's question between the lines. You help your client to the max by making quick and correct decisions based on information you can easily assess and synthesize;
- You are able to establish contacts easily and communicate in a pleasant, effective and clear manner in both national languages;
- You like a dynamic job, you are stress resistant and flexible with regard to the assigned tasks.
- You like taking responsibility;
- As an outspoken team player you are enthusiastic about working together with your colleagues to continuously develop this organisation and service on the basis of close cooperation and continuous "learning from each other";
- You have a broad interest in all aspects of claims management and are motivated to grow yourself and the organization in this;
