For our client in the financial sector, we are looking for an administrative assistant who will support them with the move of their office.


  • Notify changes of address of companies;
  • Perform administrative tasks;
  • Classification;
  • Storing files, scanning;
  • Basic financial administration.

Your profile

  • You hold a professional or academic bachelor's degree;
  • You have experience in administration and organization;
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French is an asset;
  • You are honest and discrete;
  • You are communicative and dynamic;
  • Hands on mentality.


  • Our client offers a temporary contract for minimum 3 months
  • You get a market conform salary
