  • Be the point of contact for HR administration related questions
  • Liaise with appropriate administrations (CCSS, CNS, ASTF etc.)
  • Record sickness, other absences and special leaves in the internal HRIS (Workday) and provide regular report on sickness rate, absenteeism, holiday balances
  • Manage employee files
  • End to end management of maternity and parental leaves, change of status, part-time workers, leavers and students
  • Updating the internal HRIS (Workday)
  • End to end management of the onboarding of employees
  • Managing employee files (paper and electronic version) on a monthly basis

Your profile

  • You are graduated in HR
  • You have at least 2 years experience in HR Administration in Luxembourg
  • You have a good knowledge of Luxembourg Labour Law
  • You are fluent in French and in English
