As a recruiter you are 'in the lead' and proactive in your approach for searching and attracting the right candidates for our client. Candidate experience, social media recruitment, talent pipelines, analytics....; you are up to speed with the latest trends and the new way of recruiting is right up your street. You look at every search from a marketing perspective and the candidate experience is your first priority. Do you want to do this together with 3 other driven recruiters? Description

  • You handle your vacancy portfolio like a real project manager.
  • You are result driven; as a recruiter finding and convincing the right candidate via LinkedIn gives you extra drive
  • On a daily basis you are in contact with candidates and your business, you communicate well and your clients get the best service
  • Your analytical skills as a recruiter are reflected in the selection interviews with attention to psychometric testing (SHL)
  • A positive candidate experience is your priority, you guide your candidates from first contact to contract negotiation and onboarding
  • You take initiatives to strengthen our client's presence on social networks and proactively use digital tools to find the talent they need
  • You work together with colleagues in the Talent team on transversal projects and you get energy from actively contributing to continuous improvements and projects

Your profile

  • Your education in psychology, marketing or communication is a good starting point, but you know how to impress our client with your drive and team spirit!
  • You preferably have at least 2 years' experience in recruitment, sourcing, pre-screening (by telephone) and selection interviews.
  • Experience with the use of skills and personality questionnaires (SHL) is a plus.
  • Experience of digital marketing, using social media for recruitment and project management is a plus.
  • You have a very good knowledge of Dutch with a good knowledge of French.
  • You have the ambition to evolve in the field of Talent Development and Talent Management in the long term.
  • You are strong in giving and receiving feedback, your oral and written communication is clear & structured and you promote a good collaboration with the business and the teams.
  • You are a fast learner and adapt easily, you always keep in mind the impact on our customers & guarantee their satisfaction and you find solutions to solve problems (can-do attitude).
  • You work independently, constantly challenge the status quo and take initiatives to improve our processes
