Preparing for client meetings
Check the client's suspense,
  • Prepare documents to be signed by the client (transfers, securities movements, etc.)
  • Regularization of accounts (New mandate, constraints, MIFID, DNUS, Fatca ...),
  • Verification of the identity card,
  • Printing of mail, ? No more mail to keep
  • Estimates,
  • Accompanying/preceding the sales person to sign the documents and hand over the documents
Preparation of account openings
  • Preparation of documents according to the type of customer,
  • Data entry in the CRM,
  • Printing of pre-filled documents -> Client/banker meetings
  • After signature by the customer, verification of documents,
  • Preparation of circulation forms,
  • Sending the signed documents to the customers,
Modification / Regularisation of client accounts (change of mandate, profile, address, etc.)
  • Preparation of documents according to the type of customer,
  • Pre-filled documents,
  • After signature by the customer, verification of documents,
  • Preparation of circulation forms,
  • Data entry in the CRM,
  • Sending signed documents to customers,
E-services
  • Implementation in the work-flow,
  • Sending access to the customer,
  • Possible modifications,
  • MY LO BRU help desk: answering the customer's questions during use,
  • Follow-up of customer mail
  • Drafting of letters,
  • Sending,
  • Filing,
  • Execution of client's instructions DAILY
  • Transfers, (if necessary follow up with other entities for invoices to be paid)
  • Standing orders,
  • Provision of documents, estimates, certifications,
  • Answering "administrative" questions from the client,
  • Management of customer cash debits -DAILY
  • Covering of cash debits (in agreement with the commercial and/or management),
  • Investment of cash in money market funds (in agreement with the management and/or the commercials),
  • Management of daily OST + reminder at the dead line
  • Follow-up of new OST,
  • Informing the sales staff and/or manager,
  • Collection of responses (including the numerous reminders required),
  • Encoding in the system,
  • Management of incoming and outgoing securities (on receipt of instructions)
  • Receipt/check Entry in G2 of securities outgoing
  • Reception/check Entry by Loesa Ops team of securities announcements
Reporting to clients
  • Sending to the customer of various reports in a punctual or recurring way in particular of the estimat

Your profile

  • Bilingual FR/NL candidate but NL mother tongue.
  • Flexible.
  • Experience in private banking.
  • Autonomous.
