Description

  • You act as the central point of contact for questions from both the clients and the Employee Benefits Consultants & Account Managers in relation to insurance, administration and accounting (e.g. drawing up insurance contracts and inserts, following up renewals and amendments, etc.)
  • You are responsible for the daily technical management - analysis, development, adjustment of a portfolio of group insurance, hospitalisation insurance and related programmes at our customers.
  • Working closely with the Employee Benefits Consultants, you identify and assess the client's needs, existing contracts and technical reports.
  • You request, compare and assess quotations from insurers.
  • You give detailed instructions to the chosen insurer regarding the coverages to be insured and you refine the policy conditions.

Your profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree (insurance, accounting, economics, business administration,...)
  • You have 3-6 years experience in the field of employee benefits
  • You have an excellent knowledge of Dutch and a good knowledge of French
  • You like analysis and figures
  • You can communicate in a clear and structured way and you are good on the phone
  • You are a service minded team player and you have good social skills.
