One of our large insurance brokers is looking for temporary administrative support to help their Property & Construction insurance team.

Your duties will include:
  • managing active client files
  • Processing of data and information on active clients and files
  • Preparation and management of documents (policy documents, appendices, insurance certificates, ...)
  • Follow-up and management of active accounts (amendments, renewals, extensions, settlement of payments, etc.)
  • ...

Your profile

  • Experience in non-life insurance is a must. Knowledge of Property or Construction is a plus;
  • You have excellent language skills (written and spoken) in French and Dutch;
  • You work in an organized and autonomous way, in short you are a real plant-puller;
  • You have the courage to ask questions and maintain good contact with your colleagues from home;
  • You can switch easily between different computer programs and always keep an overview.

Offer

Our client offers you a temporary contract of at least 6 months with an attractive gross salary, meal vouchers and reimbursement of transport costs. Due to COVID-19 this position will initially be 100% from home.
