Description
- You will be the permanent point of contact for customers by phone, email and through our app. You try to solve their questions autonomously and customer-oriented.
- You are responsible for the physical reception as well as the professional guidance of the client or prospect in the office but also at events organized by the office.
- You also provide commercial support. As the first point of contact, you can recognize buying signals and deliver these to the account manager. You take care of a daily proactive agenda planning with customers and prospects you have received through prospecting, lead management, customer contacts and event follow-up.
- Furthermore, you support the account managers by performing administrative support tasks correctly, timely and accurately. You provide appropriate service according to the customer's profile.
- You process and/or check customer data for completeness and accuracy in our files and systems.
- Office colleagues can also count on you for all practical work and office related matters.
Your profile
- You are an enthusiastic and driven (Bachelor/Master) who feels comfortable with frequent customer contact. With your commercial flair and willingness to listen you will always find the appropriate solution for our target customers (entrepreneurs and liberal professions) in a professional manner.
- You dare to call customers proactively to propose solutions.
- You are not afraid of prospecting.
- You like to keep learning. Digital tools and change do not scare you.
- You are action-oriented and need a varied and challenging set of tasks.
- You can set the right priorities and plan your day independently.
- Your working language is Dutch with a passive knowledge of French.
