Contract Administrator

The production department of our client in the insurance sector is in need of reinforcement in order to be ready for a future with growth, more customisation, some large projects and further digitalisation.

Description

  • You draw up quotations and new policies and manage existing policies, taking into account customer expectations, commercial interests and acceptance policy.
  • You carry out reorganisations and are responsible for internal audits.
  • You are responsible for the management of production proxies.
  • You support IT by detecting/signalling improvements and you are jointly responsible for tests in relation to projects.
  • You are responsible for a customer-oriented and proactive service and communication (oral and written). You advise and negotiate with the broker with an eye for commercial interests and with the aim of ensuring profitable growth and quality policy management.
  • You will share knowledge and provide training to internal partners (claims, production, sales, commercial secretariat, accounting, product management, etc.). You consult with them, participate in working groups, inform, support and guide where necessary.

Your profile

  • You have a Bachelor degree or equivalent experience.
  • You are bilingual (NL/FR).
  • You are commercially strong.
  • You have very good communication skills, both written and oral.
  • You are a team player.
  • You organise your tasks independently.
  • You meet the requirements of theoretical knowledge and practical experience of PCP or are willing to undergo further training.
