As a bank advisor you will be responsible for :Maintain a professional level of reception at all times, by telephone, e-mail and face-to-face visits, with customers and prospects who wish to contact the bank.
Ensure the follow-up of the commercial action plan for individual customers in close collaboration with the branch manager
Translate the sales action plan into concrete actions, ensure its implementation, progress, follow-up and communication.
Proactively and independently manage a portfolio on a day-to-day basis with clients.
- Develop customer loyalty through regular pro-active contacts and obtain a certain number of appointments per working day. Strengthen commercial relationships through relationship building.
- Optimize sales opportunities with customers
- Actively use internal and external referrals (customers), marketing and other contacts (leads).
