Description

After a thorough technical and commercial training you know the products of our client through and through. You will be active in payment traffic and be the contact person for customers in our office in Hoogstraten.
Purpose of the function is to welcome and serve customers in a customer friendly way. Through pro-active and re-active conversations you detect opportunities and work on customer-oriented solutions. Working on high customer satisfaction is important.
  • You have conversations with customers. You use your knowledge in all areas of a bank-insurer.
  • You have a basic knowledge of all areas and refer to experts where necessary.
  • You are able to provide a 360° banking service to all customers.
  • You call customers and invite them for a meeting.
  • You are up to date with the digital evolution and can transfer this to your colleagues and customers.
  • You strive for maximum customer service.

Your profile

  • You have at least a Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
  • Customer orientation is highly valued by you.
  • You are a real team player with a commercial attitude.
  • You are enthusiastic and communicative.
  • You are flexible and sociable.
  • You are stress resistant
  • You like to maintain contacts.
  • You can work independently
