Tasks will be both administrative and "semi-commercial":
Answering the phone/transferring customers/receiving customers at the greater desk, administrative support by introducing customers to the world of digitalisation;
  • Monitoring commercial activities in relation to the tasks assigned, in collaboration with the office manager;
  • Ensuring "traffic" at the point of sale through proactive referrals and contacting customers;
  • Being the first point of contact, providing customers with a warm welcome, providing assistance and detecting the first questions and needs;
  • Being administratively punctual and therefore managing risks while respecting the procedures in place, internal guidelines and legislation;
  • Other duties: in collaboration with the rest of the team, carrying out specific tasks to contribute to the smooth running of the agency under the supervision of the office manager.

Your profile

  • Master's degree or exempt bachelor's degree;
  • Friendly approach to customers;
  • Administratively strong;
  • Dutch and basic FR;
  • Ability to deal with stress;
  • You are familiar with MS Office;
  • Structured and able to work independently;
  • Experience in banking sector;
  • Quickly operational.
