The Outbound call agent position involves selling products over the phone to our existing customer portfolio. We primarily contact our customers to have the limit on their credit card increased and also to provide them with more convenience and flexibility.
  • Contacting customers to increase the limit on the credit card;
  • Meet sales targets;
  • Persuading and informing customer properly;
  • Ensure that customers return their signed contracts;
  • Accurately adhere to imposed legal scripts;
  • Informing customers using procedures; Answering questions; Providing information.
