  • You will manage and evaluate the insurance file of clients who have suffered an accident at work
  • You take into account the management agreements, take a position and ensure proper follow-up.
  • Besides the clients, you also help the brokers with the follow-up of their files. You ensure that they receive a professional answer to their questions.
  • You will call upon external specialists (inspectors, experts, Fedris, etc.) and ensure good cooperation.
  • A large part of your contacts will be by telephone.

Your profile

  • You have a flexible attitude. Does something change in legislation or in the work organisation? Then you simply adjust your working method.
  • Your communication is outstanding, both on the phone and in writing. You are a good listener and you can convey a message clearly both verbally and in writing in both national languages.
  • Customers who have been in contact with you are always satisfied with the way you have helped them.
  • If you have a lot of work, that doesn't scare you off. You can handle peak periods and know what needs to be done first to get your work done on time.
  • You have a bachelor's degree in insurance or equivalent and preferably have knowledge of industrial accidents.
