During your reactive and proactive telephone contacts, you answer the questions of each customer and offer them an adapted solution, taking into account their profile and potential.

As a Customer Advisor:
  • You will work with the various Financial Centers which you will support in achieving their objectives;
  • You will bring the strategy and values of the company to the customers with enthusiasm and dynamism;
  • You will work with the team to attract and retain customers;
  • You are proactive and promote the loyalty of existing customers by cross-selling and up-selling products;
  • Identifying potential opportunities and proposing to customers the products best suited to their profiles;
  • You will be assisted by a team of specialists who will offer you the best solutions and advice in the field of investments, inheritance and pension planning.

Your profile

  • You are in possession of a higher degree in an economic direction;
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch;
  • The economic and financial sector is your passion;
  • You enjoy convincing people and consider a negotiation to be successful if it ends in a win-win for both parties;
  • Customer interests are your top priority;
  • Real team player who likes to create a fun working atmosphere;
  • You are flexible and open to training in order to keep up with the latest developments, products and services.
